MILE HIGH MAYHEM - Original

In this 2023 Western Conference Finals Game 1 match-up between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers, it was a battle of two of the great big men in the modern era, Nikola Jokic (#15) and Anthony Davis (#3).  The Nuggets won this game 132-126 and Jokic had a stellar line, putting up a 34 PTS, 21 REB, 14 AST triple double on over 70% FG shooting; and he had 2 BLK.  Davis, meanwhile, dropped 40 PTS on 60% FG shooting, with 10 REB, 3 STL, and 2 BLK. 

When you look at this shot chart you can see how both players can affect the game on the offensive end, as each player is not only dominant inside the paint where they do most of their damage, but they can take you outside and drain jumpers from the mid-range and also from behind the arc. 

This shot chart was a special one for me to make because for some reason I had been focused on the Joker and A.D. at the time, so it was only fitting to create an artwork that showcased these two great players going against each other.
