Shipping policy

Within the U.S.

• Shipping information is indicated on the product details page of each artwork or product on Ball Is Art, and shipping costs for a given artwork and/or product will be calculated and presented to you at the time of purchase. 
• For purchases of Fine Art (Limited Edition prints and Originals) the costs of shipping are free within the United States, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. 
• Limited Edition prints are usually shipped within a couple of weeks; Original works may require more time. 
• Delivery times for other products (such as brandwear, etc.) will be indicated at the time of purchase. 
• In all cases you will receive an email that includes your shipping details and a tracking number in order to monitor the status of your delivery.
• Note we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

Outside of the U.S.

• Additional costs and time for international shipping may apply and will depend on the size, weight, and destination country. 
• All shipping and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at the time of purchase. 
• For destination countries not supported by our online store or if you have unique shipping needs, please contact us at shopballisart@gmail.com before purchase to discuss your individual details, after which you will receive a separate invoice with the applicable fee amounts to be settled before your artwork or product will be shipped.
