Countless hours have gone into the making of our art.  We take great pride in the quality and creativity in our work and what it represents, and we hope you enjoy it too for many years to come.  Therefore, all sales are final and we do not accept any returns.

In the unlikely event your artwork or other product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us at shopballisart@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery receipt and take photos of the artwork or product and box/packaging.  Without images of the damage we cannot evaluate your situation.  We deeply value our customer relationships and will work with you on a case-by-case basis to do the right thing.  We appreciate your understanding and support of Ball Is Art!
