R&R For The Mind, Body, & Win

While the headlines all focus on LeBron and Luka combining for 57 points in this Lakers win over the Nuggets, I would argue it was the scoring from Reeves and Rui that were responsible for win.  In fact, if Reeves and Rui could contribute like this every night the Lakers would be a legitimate contender to come out of the West.  Unfortunately for Lakers fans that’s not always the case, and their offensive production is too inconsistent.  The good news is it seems like Luka has found something in his best game of his early career in L.A., so the future is definitely bright in LaLa land.  I should note in addition to the 57 points, Luka and LBJ combined for 19 rebounds, 12 assists, 5 steals, and 3 blocks, with only 2 turnovers.  OK, maybe they are the most responsible for the win!
