In this variation of the Give & Go, the PG passes the ball to a teammate cutting up through the middle from the lower block, then cuts hard right off a screen from a big and curls around toward the basket. The cutter who received the pass fakes the defense by looking toward the top of the key or wing, and hits the PG with a bounce pass for an easy layup. Bucket!
