Freshman Liam McNeeley went off in this game against #24 ranked Creighton on February 11, 2025, leading UCONN to a 70-66 victory.  McNeeley scored 38 points on 12-22 shooting, with 5 three’s and 9-10 from the free throw line.  This was an efficient shooting performance as his 38 points represented 54% of his team’s total on only 33% of the team’s total shots; and he outscored the rest of his team by 6 points.  Most importantly for the Huskies is they got the W.
