Steph Curry torched the Orlando Magic last night, dropping 56 points on 16 of 25 shooting (64%) including 12 of 19 (63%) from beyond the arc (including one from beyond half court). His scoring production came in 34 minutes, which means he accounted for 1.64 points per minute while on the court. Ridiculous! And he made all 12 of his free throw attempts. His shot chart is a thing of beauty and while Steph always does his biggest damage from long range, the threat of his handles and ability to finish at the basket means he’s impossible to guard. Shout out to Paolo Banchero of the Magic who scored 41 points on 16 of 27 shooting in the losing effort, along with 6 boards, 5 assists, and 2 steals. That’s a helluva game that no one will be talking about today.
